A nice location opposite the beach, but the worst shower we have ever experienced, no water pressure! Just a trickle. also only 1 face washer provided for 2 people.

Beach Retreat has an amazing location, one of the best positions at Coolum. Walking distance of eateries, across the road to beach. Lovely pool and spa. The room itself is tired, chairs and mat worn and grotty, cleaning to be improved in general. On checkout, i was not asked for any feedback, no comment. I did enjoy my visit.

This morning I left the room to get breakfast and came back to find the door wide open! I’d left my bag in there with quite a bit of cash so was very careful to leave it locked. The cash was all there but the outcome could’ve been much worse. Obviously the cleaner. The curtain was so dirty there was mould growing in patches, the property is very old with a lot of rust around and not maintained. Not worth the $248 for the night

Pleasant stay, good views from our unit, easy walk to "downtown" Coolum with restaurants and cafes. Clean room.

Main living/bed area fine but the bathroom needs an upgrade. Not the cleanest shower/bath.

Needs a deep clean, especially the couch, old soap behind the washing machine...not only 1 but 2. Screen in the bathroom could do with a clean. Always love going, but cleaning could be better.
