Just ok! Rooms really small and with little to offer. Wanted a snack… only had potato crisps! Disappointed

We were in room 119 and had banging all night, we eventually gave up trying to sleep and went down to reception at 3.30am. The lovely young man on reception came up but didn't stay for long as we were aware it was very early and we could disturb people still asleep. Looking out the window someone had thrown lots of food on the roof by us. All in all an awful night. We also ate in the restaurant and didn't rate it.

It was an emergency and they were very helpful at midnight.

Ideal for an overnight stay near Faro airport. Small rooms but well equipped and comfortable.

So pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it’s a two star with four star ambitions. Lovely little touches like fruited water on arrival and always a little something at reception i.e. sweeties or small cakes. The pool area is absolutely lovely. I originally stayed for one night while waiting for a connecting flight unfortunately that flight was then cancelled so I headed straight back for an extra night without any concerns at all. The rooms are very well designed and exceptionally clean as is the rest of the main property. The only reason I downgraded cleanliness by one point is that the carpets on the first and second floors look a little worn. Breakfast was really enjoyable and I had an evening meal there one night which was also more than acceptable. Delicious wine too. The hotel is on the 16 bus route only 10 minutes from the airport or an extra 10 minutes onto Faro old town The best thing of all for me was the staff – very friendly, approachable and super helpful. Really lovely bunch of people their help was very much appreciated.

Stayed for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Aircon didn’t seem to get the room cool enough for my liking but it did lower the temperature to a manageable one. The sealant around the shower tray was deteriorated, so there was a bit of a leak after showering but the shower was lovely and powerful. Floorboards in the bedroom were coming loose in a few places and the window could be fully opened with a large drop beneath which didn’t seem very safe. Pool area was nice, as was the pool (although the tiling around the waterline area was cracked and missing tiles, so could do with some work). Overall though, none of the issues affected my stay and I would happily return if needing to stay close to the airport again.

Our room was infested with fleas so we had to move hotels. Don't risk it!

The room smelt lovely upon entering, very clean and functional, no extra tho' eg coffee tea making facilities, which makes you get up for breakfast. 24hour bar service means you can have tea coffee or whatever you wish at anytime. The staff are happy to help and ordering drinks after midnight was done with a by the duty staff. Breakfast was good value for money.

Generally good value for money and good as stopover after arriving at nearby Faro airport but we were disappointed not to have any coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Small but clean room and very friendly service. We only stayed one night before our flight but were happy with our booking.
