We love the Avi its family friendly. But honestly the last few trips the rooms have not been very clean at all.

The TV’s streaming options such as Netflix and Paramount Plus were not working. I stayed in the beach tower for 3 days and it didnt work any of those days. Other than that, the hotel was great!

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues with our room. It wasn't very clean when we arrived—we found a can of soda next to the bed, and the room was dusty with a slight sewer smell. The bathtub drained very slowly, as if it was clogged, which was inconvenient.
The biggest frustration was the cell phone reception. I had little to no service in the room and had to go down to the lobby just to make calls or use my phone. I hope these issues are addressed because they took away from the overall experience.

We did check in with Jessica , mmmm it’s ok but Billy was super great , room was dirty hair omg carpet was horrible !!!!!!! Pool had to much clorine bathroom had 2 hairs and very poor cleaning , inspection supervisor please do a better job cleanliness is very important!!!
