This place is a must stay at! Very clean, staff a very helpful and pleasant and close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. I slept wonderfully with no noise and the smell of freshness all around. The owners husband and wife team are excellent! If your in the area have a look at this place its definitely worth the stay! The only thing this place needs is a lift... so if you require help with stairs this isn't the place for you but other than that, fantastic and highly recommend!

Great place, great family, very friendly and welcoming. Property needs little more maintenance. The only thing we were disappointed was, that the place doesn't look the same in person then on pictures. Swimming pool was green/dirty and very un-inviting. Room and shower were very clean. Location is amazing. Otherwise great stay.

The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but the convenience of location makes up for it. Fair warning, there is no lift here but the staff were happy to assist us with our bags. Main thing is the convenient location, down a quiet alleyway but just a walk away from everything.

a HUGE cockroach came out at night! Horrible experience!

A friendly family that took good care of me. They helped me arrange everything during my stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were very spacious and had a nice balcony. Very convenient location and short walk to the Old Town area.

There are many home stays scattered throughout Hoi An. I’m sure they are all good. We really liked ours at Tam Hong Phuc. Big room with 2 queen beds. Great AC. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Modern. Great location just on the outskirts of old town but very close. Quiet alley off the Main Street. Madame Kahane’s Bánh mi shop was right around the corner along with several other good restaurants and coffee places. Best banh mi in Vietnam, they say. The owner and his wife are extremely nice and hospitable. They got us rental bikes in 10 minutes on 2 occasions. We enjoyed talking with them. They were always available and around for us.

Hotel host was kind and helpful, the location was perfect and they even have bikes you can use for free! Overall great option!

Comfortable room on the third floor with a nice balcony. Good location. Friendly, helpful hosts. However, the room door is opaque glass and let in lots of light from the stairwell, meaning that I didn’t sleep very well.
