One of the most beautiful and special places we have stayed - surrounded by nature, stunning building. Everyone was amazingly caring, helpful, professional and friendly. Delicious food and the best spa treatments ever. Communication was quick and easy, we wanted for nothing. We will be back!

One night stay in ubud with last minute booking Beautiful ground and excellent staff

This was our favorite place we stayed. We had a villa with two rooms and a central outdoor sitting room. There are BUGS so bring repellent -- the front desk will also bring you some. We had a private plunge pool and our room included a "floating breakfast" presented in floating baskets! We did not actually eat in the pool b/c it was cold, but it was SO lovely! The breakfast was DELICIOUS and they use filtered ice, which was a nice luxury. I would skip the spa here though. Our massages were twice as expensive as elsewhere so I expected it to be amazing... it was cold, I was in a room with other people, the contruction noise was constant, the pressure was mid, and it was just okay. Then they added a 21% service fee! Just go to a local spa on the street and ask for deep tissue.

Property was well maintained and beautiful and the hotel staff was lovely. They were kind enough to change my room because the first one required a lot of stairs. Room was clean, bathrooms were nice too. A bit more lighting would have been nice. The two negatives were the noise level (there was nearby construction going on and you could hear drilling and stuff outside, apparently it will continue for a while) Secondly, the spa experience was not up to the level. The spa services were a bit average and the noise level was even worse in the treatement rooms . You could hear drilling while getting the treatment because the spa room is a semi open space. I mentioned this to the spa staff and they basically said there wasn’t anything they coukd do. They didnt compensate for it. To top it off, they have the same prices whether you’re visiting just the spa or if you’re a hotel guest. It was a bummer because we got a hotel with a good spa on purpose hoping we could avail the rates for guests. The ladies at the spa are super pushy and keep trying to suggest services that you don’t need. So hotel was 8/10 spa 4/10

Beautiful rainforest setting .The most attentive staff always greeting you and trying to understand what you may want even though their English is limited. The room was excellent very big and comfortable. A shuttle bus is available for ventures into town and elsewhere. The food was satisfactory to good but sometimes the food and hot drinks were not hot enough. Therealso a very long wait sometimes for the food . Understanding how to toast Gluten Free bread took many attempts but after talking with the manager this was sorted out . really enjoyed the quietness and cooler weather in Ubud .

Absolutely fantastic stay at adiwana suweta for our honeymoon, every single thing was perfect. 1000% recommended

The unit was really nice, good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a villa unit with private small pool, highly recommend. The unit included coffee, teabags, sweeteners, milk, soda, bottles of water and electric kettle. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel had a lite sandwich for us, and on another day small canapes. Breakfast was included, wide variety, made to order, and tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. The grounds are beautiful. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs
