Beautiful rainforest setting .The most attentive staff always greeting you and trying to understand what you may want even though their English is limited. The room was excellent very big and comfortable. A shuttle bus is available for ventures into town and elsewhere. The food was satisfactory to good but sometimes the food and hot drinks were not hot enough. Therealso a very long wait sometimes for the food . Understanding how to toast Gluten Free bread took many attempts but after talking with the manager this was sorted out . really enjoyed the quietness and cooler weather in Ubud .

Absolutely fantastic stay at adiwana suweta for our honeymoon, every single thing was perfect. 1000% recommended

The unit was really nice, good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a villa unit with private small pool, highly recommend. The unit included coffee, teabags, sweeteners, milk, soda, bottles of water and electric kettle. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel had a lite sandwich for us, and on another day small canapes. Breakfast was included, wide variety, made to order, and tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. The grounds are beautiful. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs

The cleaning team is like a professional swat team. They work in highly organized squads. In and out in minutes. Perfect! The villa was gorgeous, the staff exceptional and overall say: Bliss!!!

The staff were Friendly and helpful but I was getting way too many texts, emails and messages in all possible portals ( messages over Expedia, emails and also messages on WhatsApp ) which I found overwhelming and so much that I didn’t read all communication as it was just a lot! We had a humidity / mold in our room in the first night which was really unpleasant but the acted well on the second day and changed us to another one, which was better but you can still smell the humidity. I didn’t appreciate the breakfast offer as you don’t have much to chose from and the portions were pretty small, you get a one croissant or small fruit salad, one main dish ( with two eggs and two small slices of bread) coffe and a small juice.

The service is impeccable. The rooms and pools are beautiful. It is one of the best hotels in Ubud.

Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap.

the staff was lovely, and property was beautiful. the restaurant food was delicious.
