Our room smelled like urine. The breakfast was pretty terrible. The pool had fire ants all over the place and our toddlers got bit up. The ac stopped working in our room and I notified staff who said they’ll take a look at it. We left for the day and when we came back the ac never got fixed. They offered a different room but with 5 kids it was too hard of a move to make at midnight. The towels didn’t get replaced and the towels we hung up to reuse got taken so we were left without enough towels after 2 days. The only perks were the big rooms and the kitchenette was nice to have. We made due but probably won’t be returning.

All excellent- showers are beautiful but need soap holder. Room is excellent- but need dresser draws for clothes.

Cuarto muy comodo, el lugar bien limpio. Cerca de todo. Desayuno muy bueno aunque deben de ampliarlo un poquito mas, pero excelente todo.

This is 100% budget hotel. The trim appeared dirty and there were marks on walls and collected dirt in corners of the bathroom. I was only there one night. Would not stay here again. The Breakfast appeared okay but just that.

Hotel was clean, modern, and well-decorated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The price was really great. The suite we got was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 4 stars was because there was nothing in the shower. No grab bar, no shelf for products, no ledge to prop my leg up for shaving. The floor was also slippery. I brought an ottoman in from beside the desk to hold my shampoo, conditioner, razor and body wash just outside the shower door. Everything got wet from having to reach out over and over again. The gentleman at the desk said that they should be installed as the renovations are completed.
