It’s not a resort, it’s just a hotel with swimming pool and beach. It’s a decent hotel on the palm but not like your typical 5 star hotels. Dinning area very small and overcrowded. Rooms aren’t very spacious. Food Quality in the buffet is average, not sure what cuisine they are following - not fully continental or Indian or Arabic - lost in translation I guess. Staff are super helpful all over though.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. All the staff were friendly and smiling. Super clean room with extremely comfy bed! The all inclusive package had an excellent selection of food (including plenty of veggie options) which changed each day. The drinks were named brands not cheaper alternatives which was much appreciated. We had massages when there and they were top notch! We were able to get a late check out and because we had checked in after lunch on our first day we were given this (without even asking) it was very kind. The pool is nice and the beach is great and clean. 11/10 would come back!

Great

The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

The room and amenities were good and clean. The balcony views were ok, privacy was an issue, with my neighbours underwear and empty wine bottles all over the place

Nice location, atmosphere and ambiance in the Palm, great staff from valet, concierge, reception, pool/ beach crew, housekeeping and restaurant service crew, very clean room, amenities are awesome w/ breathtaking view rooftop, spa is an excellent relaxing massage, buffet was several varieties that you’ll enjoy. Highly recommended and definitely will be back again.

Everything about the hotel are beautiful

The rooms were clean, the location in La Palma was great, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, the staff were all incredibly friendly without exception, the breakfast was very varied and different every day, I was very happy with my stay and hope to return soon.

Dirty washrooms very unsanitary was not happy with the way it was designed or cleanliness of the day we checked in. Very unfortunate hoping to see improvements if i decide to stay here on my next trip to dubai. Further more i stayed a several other hotel during my 14 day trip here and would rate this hotel 4th in my 5 stays here in dubai. Would highly recommend updating the rooms and giving them a fresh new look
