Fab hotel, great location, 5 minute walk to Paddington station. Several very good restaurants and cafés nearby. Everything was immaculate and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the room; Molten Brown toiletries, slippers and bathrobes, coffee, tea, water etc replenished daily. Only 3 minor issues which would have improved our stay: There was no towel rail in the bathroom even though there was wall space for one. Towels were stored on a high shelf above the sink and had to be aired over the shower door and the hand towel stored on the sink. The room safe was on the bottom of the wardrobe and we had to crouch down on the floor to use it; not possible if you have mobility issues. The TV could have been on the wall closer to the bed as it was housed in the corner and difficult to see. None of these issues would put us off returning to this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Good location near Italian Garden in Hyde Park. Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly and efficient staff.

The property was excellent overall. I would completely recommend it. Great location.

Rooms clean. Staff helpful. But TV didn’t have main channels available… no BBC or ITV therefore no Wimbledon

Room Was small for three people and our luggage but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the air conditioning which is rare and the location which is amazing. Right next to the park and some Really good food stops. The staff was amazing and super kind so definitely recommend this place if you want a good location around Passington Station.

Staff were lovely. Location very handy. Short walk to Heathrow Express. Beds and pillow were very hard and bed linens felt cheap. Water pressure was great. Rooms are quite small, but that was not an issue as it was just me. A couple would feel crowded.

Very convenient to Paddington station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Quiet street.

Excellent stay! We were in 5 different lodgings as we traveled through Europe and this hotel was by far our favorite. The staff was so helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for dining. The room was immaculate and the air conditioning was such a relief as England had record breaking heat during our stay. Location was awesome and we could walk to Kensington Gardens, stroll through Hyde Park park, and Nottingham Hill was a 20 minute walk. Bus stop was right around the corner and Paddington Station was two blocks away making getting around super easy. We highly recommend The Westbourne Hyde Park!

Great little Hotel tucked away , felt clean and tidy, we had a deluxe studio, this is great of you are staying for longer than a few days. Although there was a ceiling leak in the bar it didn't detract from the stay. Would also be good if they could have a breakfast offering . But there are plenty of place close by , so not a deal breaker. Great location for events in Hyde Park, would highly recommend, good competitive pricing compared to The chains.
