Bad Experience – Would Not Recommend
We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was small and not clean, which was the first red flag. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work, making it very uncomfortable.
We also paid for breakfast, but had to leave early. Instead of offering even a bottle of water or a small takeaway, the staff simply said no. No refund or alternative solution was offered at all.
On top of that, someone called and knocked our room late at night while we were sleeping, which was extremely unsettling ! Definitely would not stay here again.

It was okay. They have a gym, but it is small. There is only one treadmill so if someone else is using it you will have to find something else to do. Attention to detail when it comes to cleaning is needed. The internet is only good in the gym and on the first floor. The breakfast options were good.
Staff is a hit or miss, especially the night staff. I needed an iron to press my clothes to leave at 0800. I was told an iron would not be available until 1000. I had to stand there and beg for an iron before the bellhop got up to get me an iron. Then he gave me an iron with a burn stain on it. That iron caused the fuse in my room to go out, and I was without electricity in my room for over an hour while trying to pack my bags to leave. They never apologized for what happened which was annoying.

I wouldn't expect anything special for that price I paid for two nights. But I was surprised by a fruit plate left in the room that I didn't ask for. So definitely a good welcoming style.

I always come to this hotel when i come to stay in Ankara good location very nice clean rooms staff are helpful have always gone out of their way to accommodate my requests. Big thanks to management and staff. I will be coming back again for a perfect stay
