The room was generally clean however the bathroom handbasin still had someone else's makeup in it. Wasn't washed. The shower place door had hair on it. Staff came and cleaned it when I called even offered to change rooms. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok. Tiles around the pool need fixing. Overall, ok stay.

Terrible experience for a high price tag. Do NOT book!! Cockroach in room & bathroom. Rooms not serviced in time and ee had to request basic amenities multiple times as they were not refilled. Lifts slow and overcrowded, creating backlog getting up or down from rooms.Room paid for was bay view, received room with garden view and told hotel is fully booked. Breakfast options are okay, but not refilled efficiently and dishes are left on tables long after guests leave. Staff standing around talking amongst themselves, instead of clearing and refilling. The staff do not understand customer service at all. Location is close to airport and supermarket and few restaurants. Really disappointing experience, will not book again.

Great customer service and breakfast was amazing

No towels until afternoon then they brought it to the room after lots of follow up.

Parking good. Pool nice. Rooms not completed properly with stuff you need eg floor mat no milk wifi terrible.

The Nalagi seems to be a relatively new hotel and so I was expecting a great deal more than was delivered. I arrived to find that the room type that was booked and paid for was not available. There were two further rooms before I settled for what was available. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea albeit at a distance. The balcony door could not be locked, neither the phone nor tv worked during the four days I was in that room, on a couple of the days there were no clean towels available. The list goes on. Overall it was a great disappointment. A few years ago this hotel was worth staying in but regrettably never again.
