Water leaked all over the floor of our room and when we reported it, staff couldn’t be bothered to find us a new room. They told us to come back at midnight. We did. They said it was cleaned. It wasn’t. Water was still pooled across the entire floor. Woke up the next morning to even more. No apology. No urgency. Every staff member passed the problem to whoever was on the next shift. Zero accountability, zero effort. We had to completely change our night plans just to deal with this, and got absolutely nothing in return. Not a sorry, not a new room, not even an acknowledgment that this was unacceptable. Staying in a room full of standing water made the whole stay nearly unbearable. Would not return and would not recommend.

Good location. 7 minutes walk from a Metro station. Large rooms. King sized bed was two single pushed together and I kept falling in the crack. Clean and tidy. Lovely staff. Great price.

Was an absolutely wonderful hotel to stay at for 3 days for my wife and I. Quick access to all local monument within 40 min. Staff was super helpful and were able to help us with navigation and needed necessities. Quiet location with very little noise when sleeping even in a busy city

I found the room was equipped well

Had to recheck in room twice due to someone else staying in room and our card didn’t work the second night to get into room. Nice room and staff tho! Not centrally located.

Everything was perfect, from the size of the room, to how clean it was, I highly recommend coming here and the staff were friendly and nice

Good hotel

Nice newer decor with spacious room. Wish they had fridges in room and that the A/C would have cooled the room.
