Stayed at Sunrise and Grand, both have excellent and courteous staff. Lots of amenities that you can spend several days in the resort without getting bored. Excellent Food quality. Only thing that turned me off is the cleanliness, we checked in and the counters and tables look un-sanitized, there are glass ring marks and some parts are sticky that I have to clean it again. We have a big group and everyone of us noticed that Checking in took too long compared to other hotels considering they are a luxury resort we are expecting that checking in would be faster.

Buen hotel, buen servicio, pero el sargazo no le ayuda en esta temporada. Apesta Apesta El olor es insoportable. La limpieza de la piscina es muy pobre. Para lo que uno paga no creo que valga la pena. Hay hoteles más baratos y un poco mejor

Loved everything about this hotel. Food was good! Hotel staff amazing!! Just make sure to keep an eye on the good seasons to go. We were not able to use the beach because of the Sargassum but that’s not the hotels fault.
