Room wasn’t clean - dirty bathroom mirror and toilet. Bedsheet had some stain. Overall the location of the hotel is very convenient. Right next to train and bus stop and lots of restaurants. Hotel staffs are very nice. NO ONSEN ON SIGHT. Beppu is known for its public / local onsens so go try those!

All APA properties the showers curtain are smell damp and musty. I recommend the guests should paid at the time you booked. Do Not Pay at the Property they will charge you at the current rate of that day, they do not honor the rate at the time you booked especially in Tokyo and Non-Changeable. For example We booked for 5 nights originally 8 months prior and in 4 months I notified them We wanted to change to 4 nights but they still charged us for 5 nights. I’m still disputing this. April 2-6 this year 2026

Room clean and efficient. Good laundry, always check the lint filter.

Love the pillow

Good

Was nice room, shame you cannot control the thermostat. It was extremely hot in the room and the pillows were like non existing. Overall ok

Immaculate hotel as per APA hotels. Staff welcoming and friendly great location.

Generally solid location close to the station with a decent costing room.

Everything was easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Good overnight stay minutes from the station.
