Fantastic sraff

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. We checked in,(staying for 13 nights) and were shown to a room that smelled bad , had peeling wallpaper, and very stained carpet. I complained and was shown a slightly better room in the garden area. I was ready to take a loss on the hotel stay and find another hotel, we were then shown a third room and were told to stay in this room two nights until a better room became available. The next day a tolerable room was found for us, it still needed upkeep, safe and telephone did not work. bathroom cabinet door was askew and ready to fall off. Paint was chipped off throughout hotel. Most of the staff was was tolerant of the clients, not proactive. Bilal was by far the best. The garden was probably very nice at one time, needs upkeep. DO NOT GO BY THE ONLINE PICTURES. We have stayed in hotels all over Paris, this was the worst.

Super friendly staff. Not close to main attractions.

Ils pourraient inclure le déjeuner pour un coût de 475$ CAD (295€) / nuit. Très petite chambre, sans ascenseur. Bagagerie, derrière un rideau de tissus dans le lobby. Par contre, personnel gentil et avenant, belle petite court intérieure avec végétation abondante. Lieu agréable.

Excellent location spacious and clean room good breakfast friendly staff coffee and tea at the reception are free any time of the day we enjoyed our stay and we'll be back there again

First stop on our France trip. Room was neat and orderly; I was tickled that there were no right angles. Very happy to have coffee downstairs. There was only one elevator, which was small; we had to wait to go up and down with suitcases on occasion. No complaints. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. Room was very clean. AC worked well. WiFi worked well. There was elevator which made it easier to bring luggage on 4th floor. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. This was our third time staying here. Breakfast is very good.

Lots of ants on the bed & around the room.
