Right across from one of the best night markets in Taiwan. Staff were very good, nd check-in was a breeze. Definitely a good value.

It's a budget hotel in a port city. If that's what you love then you'll know this is your place. We went to the night market every night and used the train every day to get to where we need to go in the entire Taipei metro. There is 24 hr pharmacy and convenience store right downstairs. Why pay Taipei rates when you can live in Keelung and watch people wash freshly caught fish on the sidewalk. I'm from a fishing port and this is my home.

could do with renovation, new wall paper, new bathroom tiles or something, otherwise it has everything a shirt visit need. Still good

The location is very strategic whether you're by bus, train or even cruise. Coffee machine available at lobby with everything you need as a tourist on toiletries. The only thing that, you gotta walk on staircase (no lift).

少しがっかり no lift... hotel have no lift...you need to carry up you luggage using the narrow stairs... crazy....
And the cupboard, full of ants... crazy...
