Great rooms with great amenities, pretty much a full kitchen should you want to cook. The free breakfast was just average. It’s perfect if you are going to anything at Mortgage Matchup.

Excellent location for an event at the arena! The room was a good size and the kitchen area was a bonus, stocked with dishes and glasses. Breakfast had a good variety of items and the coffee was very good. Only complaint was I’d texted prior to arrival that we’d need linens for the sofabed and none were found. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get them. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and we’d stay here again.

Perfect hotel for our trip to diamondbacks game! East walk to stadium! The fully stocked kitchenettes were perfect for bringing extra snacks and food!

Great location if you’re headed to a game. Room was excellent. Only thing to note, they only have valet parking available.

Front desk not very helpful, had questions why I was charged $50 for parking yet when booked advertised as $40 Also on the hotel info in rooms shows to be $38 on TV Front desk did not want to assist and dismissed me with a “thanks for staying”

It was a very nice location, as well as the rooms and the morning breakfast. The building is extremely close to the major Phoenix downtown station for the light rail.

Very nice clean hotel. They were doing construction during our stay but we hardly notice. Great location if you are attending an event at the Mortgage Matchup Center. It right across the street.

Nice rooms. Wish hotels would stop it with the frosted glass or sliding doors that leave an open slot for the bathroom doors. It’s not comfortable to share a room with someone and have figures shadowed while using the toilet or getting into the shower. This hotel otherwise has a nice room that’s comfortable. Only one elevator was functional during our stay. Good restaurant and clean lobby

Location was across the street from restaurants and the Mortgage Matchup Center, great location! Room was clean, and spacious. However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!
