The day check in, assistance and as well check out was excellent. Unfortunately the night crew I can say the same.
While coming back from exploring night city I did ask the desk personnel (young woman and middle-aged man) about breakfast in my native czech language. They responded that I must be confused and probably in the wrong hotel. I switched to English language and display room card. They realized how bad they make me feeling trying use their language and profiled us as individuals they aren't welcome at their establishment. It was a hard pill to swallow. Well me and my companion decide not to affect our vacation and move on. Yes we decided to share it just so no one else has to go through same situation again. Appreciate Vic and Margarida

The hotel was close to Old town and easy to get to from the train station. Clean, helpful service, and a good buffet breakfast. Only thing is that I wish they had better laundry services.

Great location for central Prague. I was on the 7th floor and found the noise from the lifts and the hotel next door distracting.
