I loved everything about this hotel. I was there for a conference, and it wasn’t far from the conference. It was easily situated between tourist attractions and local shops. Also, the breakfast and views were phenomenal. 10/10, highly recommend. (Should mention there is no gym, but you can walk everywhere from here and there is a basketball court and public transportation nearby.)

The staff is HORRIBLE - rude women at the front counter. They gave us a room that was like a dungeon with no light and they had 0 courtesy to say sorry about it they’re like “ it’s all we have” with attitude. They managed to switch the room for us after my partner complained and told them they’d had stayed there before and always gets a room upgraded. They gave us a room with a view but then the bed sheet was stained … and the AC was worse than a fan and Barcelona is warm …

The breakfast was the best and the staff so attentive and friendly. Location cannot be beat and rooms were very nice.
