The amenities were terrible which is why we booked this. Pool was disgusting and fire pits didint work.

Overall ok. But I was told every other day they would clean room. In 4 days they never did. Only dropped towels on day 3. Several outlets in room did not work to charge phone. Only 1. Breakfast was good. Smaller exercise room then I thought. Pool okay. I’d give it a B- overall

The room was big, clean, and the property was nice. The doors to the rooms slam very hard and are super heavy. During the night someone closed their door and it caused the whole wall to shake waking me me up. The AC was either ice cold or the room was warm we couldn't find a happy medium so we kept it ice cold in the room which is good for some. I like the breakfast options they had slightly more than your run-of-the-mill places that have what seems like the minimum. Not the hotels fault but one complaint I had was a baseball team staying there and the kids were running around the parking lot, blocking the front entrance, and being very loud.

Room was nice & clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good & plentiful. Quiet hotel, nice area. I wish bed was little softer- thats my only negative.

Even though they were full the staff was so accommodating. The breakfast was well stocked. Everything was clean.

Check-in to checkout! The staff was always so helpful and attentive. I’ve stayed in 4 diff hotels the past 4 weeks and this one had the best customer service by far! 5 STAR quality!!! I’d def stay again!

Exceptionally clean room. The decor is very nice. And the breakfast was outstanding. The lady in the hospitality room at breakfast was so nice and helpful. The breakfast amenities were very good. This is my second stay here and I plan to come back.

I wish the cleaning people check if the shampoo soap and conditioners are not empty in the shower… atleast on day 1… it was difficult when I was in the shower and found the container was empty… can’t call anyone from the shower..
