Everybody in the hotel was very, very friendly and helpful, with whatever issue we came and all staff are good humoured. The hotel is well equipped with many practical and comfortable features (onsen, washing machine, restaurant). Altogether it is excellent value for money.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable but definitely on the small side.
Guest instructions are not consistent with what is actually done. The instruction sheet says to leave your key at the main desk if you leave the hotel (which is similar to some hotels in Europe). However, if you do, they start checking you out. So don't do that.

駅から直ぐで交通の便利さはとても良かったです。
スタッフも皆さん丁寧でした。
朝食は郷土料理もあり、美味しかったです。

最高 Route Inn was conveniently located within walking distance to Hachinohe's night life area and there are many restaurants and shops near by. Also if you do not have a vehicle the train station is just a couple of minutes away. The staff was very friendly and checkin was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again.
