The room was great and the cleaning lady was the most helpful and important person during our trip so kind and she always make sure we had everything we needed it. The hotel didn’t accommodate early check in or had anything ready. It made all osbus wait into 3pm and they still need it to assign the room number and activate the cards. Location it’s great easy access to a lot restaurants and transportation.

All three nights I slept there, I could hear people from other rooms screaming from 1am to 4am even after complaining to the staff

Best view, very friendly staff, and close to everything.

Cleaning staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Room on the ninth floor had a great view, but beds were still and pillows were too soft, blinds didn't shut all the way and neighbors were loud at night.

Over all good place to stay although WiFi was basically non existence in my room

Mostly was good time with family. Beds are very hard. Also offered free shuttle to airport, however shuttle charged me $600 at airport. I don’t get it, I paid I was in a hurry. I didn’t like the fact that WiFi worked only 10% of my 5 night stay. I do have to say everyone was nice and place was clean.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Advertised as a 4 star hotel but not worthy at all. Wi fi didn’t work very well I had to get someone to come and look at the signal. He got it better then it went off again. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but no glasses. We had to get our own from the restaurant. The bedside light didn’t work. Man came again to fix it. Room small. No facilities ie coffee maker. Toiletries poor. Won’t be going back.
