The interior of the hotel room does not quite match the standard suggested by the hotel's star rating. However, the bathroom is very nice—equipped with a top-of-the-line Dyson hairdryer and luxurious toiletries.
Although the property is designated as non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. I reported this to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer us a similar room, as the hotel was fully booked at the time.

My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. Especially Betty Wang and Sandy Lin, who explained to me the various things I could do around the property and told me all about the delicious foods I could eat at the hotel. Also, I would like to mention how Betty showed me around the property, told me all about the foods and what they were if I didn't know and even taught me how to use chopsticks better!!! Betty truly helped me with everything I needed and was honestly my best friend at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing stay!

Food was okay. Room service took over 2 hours to be delivered. No food options outside of the hotel. Check in takes a long time.
