This is such a lovely quiet hotel where you can relax after a day being a tourists it is in a quiet location but close enough to explore all the sites. The staff a lovely and helpful and make you feel welcome. Rooms are of a good size and air conditioned

Breakfast was excellent with server staff all doing a great job. Reception desk staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions about enjoying the city, arranging taxi service to airport and other places as we needed. Facilities were clean and tip top shape. Great hotel. Close to city center but away from the noise. We will recommend hotel to friends who may travel to Vienna.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.
Nice breakfast and bar area. Miss having a restaurant in the hotel but that is apparently coming.

最高 The breakfast was very good quality, and a good selection of items.
The bar is a charming space, but a bit pricey.
The rooms are well-equipped and well looked after.
The staff are very helpful.
