Wouldn't call this exactly a hotel, it's more like some family owned bunch of rooms in a big house. But they are well maintained and convenient enough, although quite simple. The location is nice, meters from the sea and a lot of restaurants on the promenade, the beach however is about 10 minute walk away. Nice, quiet place, good base for exploring the western part of Crete. Very friendly staff, well prepared with information and hand-enhanced printed maps for the region.

The staff was nice and the position was very good. I would recommend staying there.

This property is close to a rocky coastline. Cafes restaurants and bars line the coast along to a sandy beach. A short walk takes you into Kissamos town. It is very traditional with Tavernas shops and a lot of old buildings with History, All very close by. We hired a car and travelled to Balos and down the west coast to a lot of beautiful scenerary and secluded beaches. The economy room has everything you need, just a little bit small. The other rooms are more spacious and have a large room and bigger bathroom.

I highly recommend staying here while in Crete. They are above and beyond here. They are fully prepared for travelers and help you with a run down of the island, and fun things to do on the east coast of crete. They are so kind and friendly and the woman Chris gave us so many helpful tips about where to eat and drink and visit that we decided to just throw out our itinerary and we were soooo happy. Also, this location is right on the pier and is so beautiful to wake up to. The outlet for a universal plug is a bit difficult, and the bathroom a smidge tiny but honestly I dont even care because it was just such a great experience to be staying right on this beautiful pier. Also the cleaning woman (Lena?) was so funny and kind and gave us so many helpful tips too. I highly recommend staying here!

Small family hotel, nice room and good value for money. Krissi was very helpful to give advise where to go and how.

Met at the property despite late arrival. Very quick and efficient check in. The room was clean and an ample size including a double bed, long sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, Air con and TV. The Wi-fi was the best I experienced in Crete. Good sized bathroom. The upper apartment with sea view also has a large terrace which surrounds the room with table, chairs and sun loungers. Harrissa on reception was very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to maps and ideas for local visits. Sea front 1 minute walk and nearby beach 5 minutes. There is an optional breakfast at the Cellar Taverna (2 minute walk) which is varied every day, comprising of fresh juice and tea/coffee, bread, yoghurt, coffee, marmalade, cretan savouries and pastry. This is highly recommended. Free parking next to property. Chania is a half hour drive away and situation is an excellent base for exploring the west side of the island. I highly recommend these rooms.

This small hotel building is very well updated. My room was very nice. Clean,tidy and comfortable.the staff were always friendly and on hand to help. Can't fault this at the price.
