Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few challenges. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially since we arrived late at night, which made check-in more stressful than expected. While the staff was polite, the overall condition of the hotel did not quite match the photos online—the property felt older and somewhat outdated.
That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience.

This hotel is in an apartment building, floors 4-8. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a location semi near the Itami airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, this hotel is in a NO taxi pick up area!!! Something we really wish we knew before booking.

Staff friendly and polite. Leas English speaking staff here and breakfast was very asian orientated. However it was good food.
