Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead.

The staff were very nice though English level wasn't high enough to have effective communication. But we could handle.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Excellent choice if staying in this small, somewhat remote city. Beautiful building and rooms. I stayed for five nights… there are some service hiccups for us westerners, but all is forgiven due to the very friendly and earnest staff. The food is excellent and I don’t say that often. Breakfast is a vast spread featuring both western and Asian dishes including omelette and noodle stations. I had cocktails and dinner four different nights and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Check-in is always easy and quick.

Special thanks to the general manager and all the staff at the Melia di Phu ly who did everything to make our stay pleasant. We were looking for a quiet place not far from Hanoi to relax, and so it was.

Best hotel in Phu Ly. Clean, good service, easy check-in/out.
