Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt.

Great hotel right by the train station. Staff were great and it was lovely to have a quiet relaxing drink in the bar. Restaurant buffet was really good.One suggestion would be have a way to order drinks by the pool/have someone come and ask, this was the one thing that would have improved my stay.

Overall an okay place , clean, very close the station and central location But staff is inattentive , the service sucks and at best its a 3 star budget premium OYO type service Breakfast is sub par, do not get it there Not even as good as a decent 3 star Housekeeping had to be called multiple times

Well located, friendly, attentive, professional staff. Comfortable bed, spacious bedroom with everything necessary, included. Great breakfast buffet, delicious food. Good value for money. I highly recommend this establishment

Room was nicely done and the bar was nice.

Clean rooms, well furnished. Dental kits provided complimentary. Wifi free upto 2 devices. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Very poor service in Restaurant. Hotel is not ideal for tourists.

Stayed for a week at this property. The staff was really helpful with the late check-in considering my flight got delayed for more than 3hrs towards the start of my journey. Room was decently clean, however the turnover service could do better with changing the sheets rather than just re-arrange them. Good quality toiletries and hygienic condition. in-room dining options were aplenty, food was great. Basic gym equipment and pool services.

Unfortunately, my stay was not great because the air conditioning was not working properly. When I entered the room, it was extremely hot and the AC was not cooling at all. I complained to the staff, and a technician did come and said everything should be fine, but the issue was never resolved. Since it was already around 2 AM, I didn’t have much choice but to stop pursuing it and try to sleep, which was quite uncomfortable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
