The stay was overall nice. Check in was a long wait because they were training staff but only to find out afterwards that we could have checked in at the Corendon desk. Free breakfast is the same every day so it got old after a while but overall the food was good and fresh. The gym and pool amenities were also very nice.

Nice size and nice to have extra sitting room and kitchen space! A little far from the activities in central Amsterdam.

Very clean with all accommodations. There was a minor incident where I put the kettle on and blew the breaker but the hotel fixed it immediately. Shuttle is easy and connects to the sprinter line which gets you to Centraal in 15 minutes. It’s obviously a bit far out from the centre of town, but we didn’t mind. We liked having a newer room that didn’t have the quirks of a lot of older Amsterdam hotels. The room was perfect for three people (twin studio). Staff were friendly. The pool and steam room were amazing. The buffet for dinner was decent, but the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I have no complaints!

Did not get any room service the I was a bit disappointed

We were not particularly impressed with our stay here. To start, I originally booked “Corendon Apartments Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel,” but closer to our stay I began receiving emails from Residence Inn by Marriott, which was quite confusing. After contacting Expedia, I was told the two properties work together. However, upon arrival at Corendon, we were informed that our booking was actually at the Residence Inn, which didn’t make much sense considering that is not what was advertised or listed when I made the reservation. Another disappointment was the airport shuttle. The listing advertises a free airport shuttle, but it is only complimentary from the airport to the hotel. The return trip to the airport costs €5 per person. I specifically chose this hotel over others because I believed the shuttle was included both ways. The room also did not feel very clean, as there was a dried nicotine pouch left near the sink area. Additionally, the included breakfast was quite minimal. That said, the staff at both the Residence Inn and Corendon were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room is spacious and clean. However, the shower gel was used up and not refilled. I called the reception 3 times to top up the shower gel. After waiting more than 2 hours, I gave up at midnight. No one came and no one bothered to inform me that no one was coming. Shower gel is a basic essential that any hotel should provide and ensure is refilled. Very disappointing. The room is also a little cold (max 24c) so housekeeping brought over a small portable heater

Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant. Comfortable beds, the carpet under the beds and sitting area were appreciated. Excellent kitchenette even had a mini-dishwasher, although we didn't use it on our short stay. Bottled water was provided. Electric kettle and coffee maker! The breakfast 😋 was very nice and I loved the made-to-order omlette. We would happily stay here again.

Staff was excellent and facility was clean

Room was Huge and clean, Staff helpful and nice.
