Just a one stay night, solo traveller checking in rather late. 5 min walk from West Kensington tube. Very friendly welcome. My single room was perfect - clean and spacious. Bathroom small but adequate and all amenities available - TV, tea/coffee making facilities. A comfy sleep. I didn’t intend on having breakfast but my friends were running late. Sufficient buffet continental breakfast. Staff on hand to help with any issues/queries. Check out was very smooth. Happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Friendly staff. Clean, modern room. Bed was comfortable. Great location for Olympia. Would definitely stay again.

Better than expected with clean rooms and good staff

Very noisy, no soundproofing. Tiny room. The bed is nice but the pillows are like bricks.

Great and attentive staff. Room was clean and well equipped. Location is really great very well connected quiet and close to a supermarket.

Tiniest room I ever saw. You cannot bend in the shower, it’s that tight. Relatively clean, but old dirty carpet and itchy bed linens . Old building, I saw the police attending to a stalking incident on my second day there and it was unsafe enough for them to lock the front doors at night. No security, not Sheraton standard at all. No amenities or dining. Disappointing for the price . It would put a damper on any trip especially if it’s just for leisure. it’s a motel at best.

I needed a nice, quiet place to stay on the Eastside of London due to catching a flight out of Heathrow in the am. Kensington is a nice side of town, so this was fitting. The price was very reasonable as well. I booked a single twin room as it was just me. I did request a quiet room as my goal was to get a good night's sleep before my flight back to The States. I'm guessing the twin rooms are only in the basement as that's where the room was they assigned me. I was worried I would be woken up by the noise in the lobby during breakfast. Sure enough, the sound of chairs being shuffled started up around 6am. Beyond that, the room was small but nice and very well equipped. Also note that this hotel is in more of a residential neighborhood. This means less eating options being available in the immediate area of the hotel itself.

I really appreciate everything was perfect.

Room temp. Was too warm. I could not adjust it, it was set by hotel. Continental breakfast was average, cereal, toast, hard eggs, ham, turkey, coffee. Yogurt. Room was clean but very small.
