The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase Ibuprofen for my back pain!! There is NO elevator so be prepared to climb MANY STAIRS.

Breakfast was left over the other day.Room did not clean the 2nd day full of garbages.

Poor hygiene,

The first room that assigned to us is dirty and dark. No phone and the drainage shower was clog so it seem your swimming.

Noisy,dark,unfriendly,poor amenities

The room itself is not clean. The smell of rotten wood lingers so bad in the room. The smell of the sheets are not freshly clean too. The bathroom stinks! There’s no ventilation. No phone in the room too! So weve been coming out to the lobby to personally ask our request. The staff needs to communicate with each other. The shower room leaks. They said theyll fix it but no one came back to do so. They also dont take out garbages. We even asked for a garbage bag. On our 2nd day one staff told us we dont have bfast w our booking but we have! She’s been pointing out that were not on the list. Like that’s their job. Super disappointed with the experience. The place is not worth the price.

Nice breakfast and you will need it so you have energy to climb the stairs. No elevator!!!
