Very good location

Really enjoyed our stay at KOKO. It was conveniently located to the shipping areas and there were plenty of konbini and Starbucks locations nearby if you're a coffee fiend. Hotel rooms were nice and very updated, but I want to remind everyone that these are Tokyo sized rooms, not American sized. They are quite small for two people - even in a premium double. They also have nice amenities available to make your stay better including luggage storage. Would stay again, and I would recommend if you want to be near Ginza's shopping scene! Also somewhat close to Tokyo station.

Conveniently located for shopping, easy trains to Narita and Haneda.

There was only 2 laundry machines

Loved it my Wife and I were here for for 4 Days before heading to Kyoto excellent location walking distance to shops and restaurants the hotel staff gave excellent service great amenities for you to take to room vending machines in lobby very close to Tokyo train station and Metro stop. Found an excellent Ramen shop down the street cozy little place would definitely stay here again.

Public bus nearby bring one to other parts of city

Hotel is in a good location, there is a 7/11 across the road and numerous train stations within walking distance. Staff are lovely, amenities are good, there is a laundry if needed and the hotel will store your luggage is needed for the day. Only negative is that the rooms are on the compact side. We had a double room and the bed is against the wall, so to access one side you are climbing over the bed.
