最高 Happy in central vibrant busy Hongdae. For the young and young at heart. Shops, restaurants all round. Close to exit 9 Hongdae metro station (tip...look for nearby elevator don't use stairs for heavy suitcase). Mecurer was a great location to stay right in the thick of it with street entertainers. Washing and drying machines x2 were much needed. No issues with the hotel stay, rooms or service. Had all we needed. Very big king bed for good sleep. Would stay again.

Very friendly service and helpful staff, I had a problem with the shower and they fixed it quickly. Even the cleaners are very friendly and efficient.very close to all shops in Hongdae, highly recommended.

Great location, but overall a disappointing stay. The room is very small with an odd layout, including a sink at the entrance next to the coffee machine. The "balcony" is tiny and not really usable, so it shouldn't be advertised as one. The hotel also seems reluctant to offer breakfast to guests and makes it difficult to dine on-site. The location is the main positive point.

Our stay at the Mercure Ambassador in Hongdae was absolutely wonderful!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for conveninient subway and bus access. It took a little bit to familiarize ourselves with how to adjust the air conditioning to our preferences, but other than that everything was super easy to figure out and use. Would definitely stay there again, and we will for sure recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay on their visit to the country! ★★★★★

Pros: great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Cash laundry facilities available.
Cons: very limited breakfast that seemingly does not cater for dietary requirements and does not change. Poor room service options, Chinese only. Small room. Air conditioner struggles to keep room cool. Can be noisy.
Unlikely I will stay here again.
