This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Calling it 5 star seems an understatement. The staff is phenomenal, especially Mr White. The room, the breakfast, the views, are all fantastic. Highly recommend a stay here if you have the chance

You won’t find better!! My whole experience from booking to checking out was incredible, the staff on the reservation line to those that greeted you when you arrive to check in, to housekeeping, every member of staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring, I could go on but I know that when I return to Bangkok I will never stay anywhere else! I have found my new home in Bangkok :) thank you to everyone at Bangkok Dusit Thani for looking after me during my very short stay. See you soon

The view was amazing and the pool was so beautiful. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Dusit Central Park mall and right across from the Lumphini park and is in walking distance to the MRT and the BTS station. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Perfect example of a “fake” luxury hotel. While on the surface it looks like a luxury place with premium amenities, room, modern design, in practice the hotel quality is low. The AC will prevent you from sleeping, the windows are not well isolated and you’ll feel like sleeping on the road, the toilet buttons don’t properly work, the lights are not well designed and hard to turn on/off. It’s also very loud outside the lobby and entering/exiting the hotel takes unnecessary time as the hotel was built around a busy road with high traffic. Regarding the staff, it also needs more training and most don’t speak well English, which makes the whole experience complicated, even for simple requests like sending a food order to the room. Overall not a smooth and enjoyable time. I will not come back

This is one of the best hotel in Bangkok. Great service by all the staffs. Very clean and well maintained property. Luxurious room. Great fantastic view. Quiet and peaceful.

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful stay overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed, and a lovely member of staff personally showed us to our room and explained the hotel’s facilities. The hotel made my birthday extra special with a beautiful cake and fresh fruit platter waiting in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. We also received a complimentary late check-out, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed morning before leaving. The only downside was breakfast. We arrived as soon as service opened, yet the hot buffet food was cold and dry. Unfortunately, I also found a hair in my latte. While the staff apologised, we were still charged in full and no gesture was made to address the experience. Despite this disappointment, the outstanding service from the staff throughout the rest of our stay was second to none. We felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after, and we would happily return in the future.
