Great

We stayed here while visiting Zurich for a few days because it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area, particularly for our family of 5. It's about a 25 min tram ride into the city center, so not difficult. The hotel was modern and comfortable, and there was very little airplane noise. The rooms were very clean when we arrived, but housekeeping during our stay was comically hit or miss (for example, emptying trash can but leaving bag of trash in the middle of the room). The downside to the hotel is how expensive the on-site restaurant and breakfast are - 30 francs per person for a breakfast buffet. There isn't much nearby, so your options are limited. We chose to have UberEats delivery for breakfast instead, and we also found a decent pizza and kebab restaurant in the nearby residential area, about an 8 min walk away. This hotel is a good option for a cost effective option while visiting or if you just need a place close to the airport (it's a 3 min tram ride).

We were literally there to sleep between flights. Great bus service from airport but you have to pay to return about 6CHF per person. This was very efficient and helpful for us with a very early start. We were actually given an upgraded room when we arrived which we were very grateful for. Didn't get chance to enjoy any amenities or breakfast but it was comfortable and practical for what we needed.

Super convenient location for an early morning flight. The tram to the airport starts running at about 4:40 and the stop is an easy 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. The airport is two stops away

Pros: 1) very clean & neat room 2) friendly staffs 3) very close to Zurich airport 4) breakfast for a fee is good (would be good if there are more cut fruits though) 5) check out time is 12pm instead of 11am Cons: 1) Toilet paper is too hard & bad for skin! Strong suggest to change 2) Noises including night time from trains & planes can interrupt sleep

This hotel is beautiful. We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because of its location to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The bed was a hard 6 inch mattress with no topper on it. It had a mattress protector but nothing more than that. No give whatsoever for shoulders and hips. The sheets were cheap and scratchy and the pillows appeared to be fluffy, however, deflated to nothing when you laid your head on them. Its sad that all the great things about this hotel are negated when you get a terrible nights sleep. Maybe a topper can be requested but buyer beware. If your a hard/no give mattress lover than this is the perfect place for you!

The room was very hot even though a staff member came to check the air conditioning and assured me cool air was coming in. My pillow was wet with sweat in the morning. I would have liked just a sheet to cover me. I didn’t use the comforter.

Despite being advertised as having air conditioning, the property does not have this feature. It instead has “air cooling”, which is no use when the outside temperature is hotter than inside as it does absolutely nothing.

I booked a room at the hotel due to having an early morning flight out of Zurich. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully furnished The beds are very comfortable and I was informed the there was a complimentary free bar in my room. This consisted of a bottle each of Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Coke, Coke Zero, and Heineken. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I also had the Forint Burger of the menu which was fantastic. This has a 6oz patty, rasher of bacon, egg, cheese, tomato , lettuce in a dressing. The hotel is very close to the tram line that takes you to the airport. However I walked to the airport which took me 20-25 minutes and is literally in a semi circular route. Highly recommended.
