Friendly staff and a great location but the complete lack of any soundproofing made the first couple of nights tough to rest as one could hear everything from people walking up and down stairs, the elevator, and even conversations (among other activities) of rooms next door. I personally liked that you dropped off the key when leaving each day as it got rid of any fear regarding losing it.

We got what we paid for.... dont go when its hot. No fan, no AC

extremely loud in the room, day and night. you could hear every word spoken in the stairway, the hallway, the courtyard and the reception area. Waking up a lot during the night because of the noise.

Building is unassuming from the outside but on the inside is very large and quite pretty. Our room was clean and the staff were very attentive and kind. Tons of food options in the area and very close to the main train station.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, however they did argue with me over paying city tax with card and not in cash.

Didn’t have their breakfast Had other alternatives elsewhere

Great quality to price ratio. Room was clean and well organized. Nothing special, non decorated, but ok for a work travel or if you search a cheap accomodation.

The worst service from the reception i had nevet seen before

Good stay

The location is brilliant. It was straightforward to get too by train and was close to lots of shops. The room was clean but there was a smell of smoke for the first few days. The breakfast was good with a good selection and the staff were friendly
