Nice room with balcony. Unfortunately noisy traffic. Bed not that comfortable. We left before breakfast but host good enough to loan us coffee machine. Location close to restaurants and other shops

10 minutes walk from train/bus station on mostly cobblestone streets. 15 minutes walk from historical downtown. A supermarket across the streets and restaurant nearby. Clean spacious room. Responsive host. Breakfast can be improved. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

This is a great place, good room size and facilities. The property is a 10 minute walk onto Ortigia and is well situated for parking close by. The staff were all friendly and helpful
