Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’onsen Ajisai à Hakone. L’endroit est magnifique, calme et très agréable. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse, avec des repas de grande qualité qui ont dépassé nos attentes. Les bains onsen étaient encore mieux que ce que nous imaginions : propres, relaxants et parfaitement entretenus. Tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Tranquil and easy to get to! Staff are very friendly

We had an amazing stay. The meals were delicious, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed. Very very family friendly and the onsens were relaxing. Despite needing to sign up for slots for the private onsens, we felt like we had more than enough time to soak. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful with lots of areas to sit and relax. It’s set far from town and a taxi or several buses are required to reach the property. However it’s an easy walk to the cable car or bus stop. Our room was as requested and ready for 2 adults and 1 child with comfortable futons. We had television, mini fridge and microwave. The staff were very welcoming to the entire family and cater to entertainment for children. There were games and items ready for children. The onsens are kept clean and reserved for private use. We did not have trouble with times as there are 3 onsens and showers available. Spa items and toiletry kits are provided. The meals are made with care and beautifully presented. The food was delicious! They honored food restrictions as requested. The staff did amazing wonderful job with food and we felt pampered. I gave 4 stars due to our room had the distinct and strong odor of mold (not the sulfur of the onsen, indeed mold). Our items had to be washed and sanitized to remove the odor. The air purifier in the room did not offer relief from this. The AC unit has a dry option which also did not offer relief. The rest of the property was without the moldy odor. One evening our room sink did not have warm water so we used the communal bathroom for washing with warm water. This was inconvenient but only occurred one night out of two.

This place was amazing. Very peaceful. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the food was delicious. The onsens were quite nice, and very clean. Would love to stay here again.

The staff was so nice, super helpful and friendly. The accommodations were amazing and the onsens were so relaxing. Our family had a great experience, including our 6 and 8 year old boys. A highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend!
