Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make everything slushy. For how much you pay to be here, you would think they would take a little bit more pride in their appearance of their hotel and their name.

Great rooms and friendly staff, but a nightmare with the booking. I was hit with an unexpected charge because Expedia's information regarding a $600 deposit was completely inaccurate. Be very careful with the billing details if booking through a third party here.

The beds were uncomfortable. Lights in room, electrical was poor. Waterpark was rundown.

The room and the whole hotel environment feels very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful when you have an issue or a question. There's also connecting hallways which makes it easier than to walk outside. Overall my experience was great, and i hope to go back

Great report. Good food. Fun for the family. Could use some updating but it’s not run down like some places in the dells. Clean. Decently comfortable. The steak house. Well worth every penny

Nice stay we always go to Wilderness but this place is in a beautiful spot arround the river for families nice very clean rooms and area staff very friendly the breakfast but was super delicious the waitress Erica make our morning very nice and friendly I’ll really recommend Chula Vista

Very nice, a little rough with towels as the people working the towels by the pool seem moody. Food by the pool was decent. Lots of options for food and close to the strip downtown dells. Parking was super easy.

Very dated and thing we're not in great condition. Broken table in our room. Sink clogged. We had to call for towels. The front desk staff was very nice.
