Easy to navigate, very clean and the staff accommodating.

Very comfortable beds the rooms are a bit small but it is to be expected. The water filter was so good on the hair and overall very clean and accessible to nearby stations. 7 minute walk to connecting stations and 10 min walk to Akihabara highly recommend!

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were always tidied up everyday and the place was walking distance between a few train stations so it was easy to get around. The breakfast was also delicious and had a variety of dishes.

The hotel is very considerate about guests' needs. We felt so comfortable staying there for four days. Breakfast is fantastic. Will definitely stay there again next time when vising Tokyo.

The room was so spacious and clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient.

The hotel staff was always super helpful and willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic and always refilled. Laundry was a very clean place.

Overall our stay was good, but now that I'm home I realized that I booked/paid for a superior room and stayed in a standard room, which is very disappointing. The standard room was small but had just enough space for 2 large suitcases. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel location was excellent -- close to train stations and a very short taxi drive away from Tokyo Station. What we liked the most about the hotel was breakfast -- good value with a lot of good options, like a different delicious smoothie every day, breads, pancakes, little desserts, yogurt, etc. (including options for those who enjoy a Japanese-style breakfast).
