Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Probably one of the best places in Cochabamba. Very central, clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and the public spaces are very inviting to spend time there.

少しがっかり Property was clean and staff was very helpful. However, the hotel layout is awkward and there is no elevator. Stairs were treacherous to say the least.
