新しいエアコンでした。とても快適に過ごすことができました。

Air conditioning in our original room was not working, and the temperature inside reached 32°C, making the room unbearably hot. This really affected our experience in Jiufen, especially during the summer heat. We were moved to another property farther away that required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. Unfortunately, the replacement room also did not meet expectations, as it felt unclean and poorly maintained.

This a fully automated stay location. If you book through here and try to contact them through your Expedia booking, they never reply. If you reply to emails about door code changes, they don’t respond. Then you find out posted in the room that you must use LINE. So download before arrival. The place is nice and very close to old street. Very close to bus stop. No real view from room 302. There are 2 locations. A lot of the photos on here are the other location. This location has no rooftop access. I would stay here again, but would wait closer to time of arrival to book. Noticed I was the only person staying for first night of 3 nights. Went online and saw major discounts on rooms that were empty. The bed was comfy. Shut the bathroom door in this room to keep morning sun out of your eyes. It was nice staying multiple nights to go hiking.

Very kind and helpful staff - we really appreciated being able to store our luggage prior to check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. Jiufen can be quite busy and loud, so we loved the inn’s quieter location, while still being conveniently walkable to the main bus stop for day trips and hikes.

Location is tricky to find, but staff gave clear instructions before arrival. It's literally right next to the Old Street, so very convenient. Room is clean. Staff are friendly, although when I arrived at 2pm there was nobody at the front desk. Waited almost 40 minutes before a staff returned. Shower is opened, which means no door or curtain. Got almost half the bathroom including the toilet wet after shower. But for the location, I would recommend.

Everything was good

We walked round in circles in pouring rain looking for this property. It’s quite difficult to find. When we eventually stumbled upon it we found the service friendly and helpful. There’s no heating in the rooms and we were cold and wet so we were offered an electric blanket, which did make a difference. There was no shampoo provided but more importantly there was no soap!

The pro: Steps away from the heart of the jiufen old street. It’s convenient to explore. The con: Very hard to locate the Inn. Our Uber driver just can’t find the place. We were in the third floor without elevator.

The room temperature is not adjustable. I asked for the electric sheet if didn't ask it then could not sleep. The room temperature is too low for the winter and ealiy spring. The front desk person was not friendly and not trying to help us.

Good location walking distance to walking street. Nice and clean.
