My fiance and I were very comfortable for our one night stay here. Great price for what you get. Extremely clean and well maintained. Good communication with the hosts/assistant. I recommend others to stay here!

This place is all about the money. It's overpriced for what it is. First, check their "check-in policy," especially the late check-in. They give you four hours (I believe it is 4-8pm), and beyond that they charge you something like E15 for a "late" check in. It's way down there in the small print. This is the only warning they give, and they spring it on you when you arrive. When I questioned the policy, they simply said, "It's policy, and you can cancel now and stay somewhere else, if you want." Yeah, I'm going re-book at 9pm on a random night in Barcelona in the middle of my trip. Then, they ask for a E1 deposit for "damages." They, of course, keep the deposit. It's not the money, but it's the principle. They make YOU pay for damages they might deem actionable. It sets a really distrustful tone. If you want the air conditioner turned on, you have to pay. If you want to use the laundry, you have to pay. I was waiting for them to tell me that the lights turning on was an extra charge. I would NEVER stay here again. Ever. Terrible. All they want is to soak you for as much as they can. Thankfully, we only stayed for two nights. AVOID this place. I'd rather sleep in a park; it was about the same level of "service," but a park is free. You might even get a breeze in the park to cool you down. If you book here, budget an extra E45 for the "services" they offer. That will accurately reflect what you end up paying.

Old building, but the room is clean

Nice!

Clean and well located property. Great price, kitchen facilities and con.

There’s a lot I liked about staying here, it was clean, especially the bathrooms, it was centrally located but hard to find- located on a section of the street only accessible by buses, so taxis could not directly pick you up and this was not explained. My room was not quiet and could not be darkened enough to sleep, with the only window open to the elevator shaft and light strobing on the wall all night as people on 5 floors used it all night. The check in and communication was horrible and they did not arrive to let me in on time so wasted hours of my limited time in Barcelona. The keys and lock didn’t work well. But it was centrally located and reasonable in price- but not worth the poor communication and lousy sleep I got.

We really struggled to find the building as we were driving and had no idea how to actually get to the parkade. We did have some trouble navigating the streets, but once we realized that the street next to the building was actually accessible, we were good to go! We left the car parked an enjoyed some very packed days in Barcelona. The room was clean; the shower was great! We would stay again, as the location was perfect! Thanks!

We had rpp 1. Thus is absolute perfect. Smaal terras. Perfect bed. Lots of space. Absolute clean bathroom. Like to book again next year. !

Everything was perfect
