This design hotel is ideally located on the main pedestrian shopping street, the Viale Venizia, just 100 m from Lignano Sabbiadoro beach. The town of Udine lies some 65 km away, perfect for a daytrip whilst staying at the hotel. Entirely restored and renovated in 2008, this 31-room hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a safe and lift access. There is a TV lounge and breakfast room on site and, for an additional fee, guests can make use of the car park and bicycle hire service. Wireless Internet access is provided throughout public areas. Spread over 4 floors, the hotel's guestrooms provide maximum comfort with modern amenities. These include satellite TV, Internet access, a safety deposit box, double beds and individually regulated air conditioning and heating units. The private bathrooms have been fitted with a shower and hairdryer and all rooms come with a private balcony or terrace. Some rooms also feature a minibar. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the hotel's reserved area of the local beach, where sun loungers and parasols are provided. By car from the A4 motorway, exit in Latisana, 20 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro. In Lignano Sabbiadoro go straight ahead, until reaching the centre. At the first roundabout, the hotel will be on the left-hand side on the main pedestrian street.
