The check-in process was horrible. You had to reach the hose by WhatsApp. Also I was never informed that you will have to pay for parking which is if you stand overnight and $50 at a day or if you park across the street is $36 a day that was never told to me and so I was a bit disappointed by that as far as the the room was horrible the bed seemed like that the sheets had kept you itching on the bed was leaning on one side that was horrible. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose. I think it could much better and the TV to get it to come to regular channels. They had it in some other language that we had to figure that out to put it in English overall, my experience there could’ve been much better. I was very disappointed yes so.

少しがっかり The property is in a good location but the apartment need maintenance its clean but have many maintenance detail. Its a property if you want to party but for family i doesn't recommend.
The outside of the property is under renovation so no access to balcony, fresh air or view of the ocean.
I think it will take 8 to 12 month the renovation.
Many detail inside the apartment that need attention.

Clean rooms great staff . Parking is pricey In Miami generally. Beds were comfortable. View was great. AC was amazing.

Great stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, very well located in Brickell and close to everything. The property management team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It used to be a very nice property but now no one is paying any attention to details, property is dirty, things are broken in the apartment, it stinks of weed everywhere including rooms! It was a very very disappointing stay! We contacted the host as the moment we walked into the apartment, the smell of weed hit us like a tone of bricks! The host gave us intoned apartment, saying he will „upgrade” us.. we had to check out and check in again at the reception which was very painful with rude guy at the front desk! To top it all up, he said „the pool is closed Monday - Friday due to building works and if this is not on your provider website this is not our fault!” We walked into the second apartment, only to discover, broke stove, no chairs at dining table, ripped blinds in the main bedroom, smoke detectors off the walls, broken dinning table, broken coffee glass table, and broke lock to the balcony therefore we couldn’t have opened the door! Also the cupboard that has washer dryer had broken doors so it had to stay open limiting the walkway in the hallway! I mean…. Seriously?!? The host then sent me a link to their website and said to choose whichever apartment we wanted this at that point it has been over 2h with changing from other smelly apartment and we had dinner plans. Also for what?! Walking into another disappointment ?!? This was the most disgusting stay I’ve ever experienced and despite being their regular client we will NEVER go back to recommend this place!!!!

Had a terrible stay at this place. The curtains were old and dusty, and the overall unit felt very poorly maintained. The balcony was also closed, which was extremely disappointing considering Brickell is known for its beautiful views. I was told it was “under renovation,” but that still does not justify the condition or inconvenience. I even offered to switch to another unit because I was there for birthday celebration, but I was told I would have to pay the full amount again before moving, which I found unfair and unreasonable.
What made the experience more disappointing was the lack of hospitality and empathy from the person I communicated with. The responses were rude and there was no consideration for how frustrating the situation was as a guest.
I have stayed in another unit in the same area before where the owner maintained the place beautifully and provided excellent hospitality, so I know the experience can be much better than this. Please consider blocking this unit temporarily and making the necessary improvements. It’s not fair for guests to spend their hard-earned money and receive this kind of experience in return.

We informed management several times that we were not happy with the room cleanliness and they still hold us responsible for the room charge. We ended looking for a different place to stay.

La limpieza del apartamento pesima,me dejaron saber que era para seis personas y no era para seis personas la persona que no los alquilo dijo que pusiera cojines y que mi hijo durmiera en el piso,cosa que no debe de ser asi ya que fuimos a un hotel para no pasar necesidades y se pago por eso,luego llevo un matress de aire lleno de pintura todo sucio y sin bomba para llenar,tampoco funciono .Quedo en llevar uno bueno al otro dia ni se comunicó con nosotros y ni lo llevo.No pudimos entrar a la piscina debido a que no nos entrego las pulseras y las camas todas llenas de pelo el sillos debajo de los cojines todo sucio .Fue mi peor extancia .El parking carisimo
