Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with a good breakfast buffet. Very close to all attractions.

A good hotel in a great location. However, lacking some touches that would make it exceptional.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful old architecture with modern rooms, fantastic complimentary breakfast, 24hr coffee, tea, water station. Hotel is located in high end shopping district which is walkable to all the tourist sites.

Great staff, great location, terrible breakfast. Eggs were so cold you cut them like a pie. Beans were cold. Only oranges and grapefruit for the fruit selection, I would recommend this place but do not get the breakfast included

What an amazing property. The location is fantastic. Everything is walkable. The hotel is very clean, beautiful. We chose a Signature room and loved it. It was comfortable and had a nice sitting chair, and lounge chair too! The air conditioning worked very well— it was quite hot when we were there. I really liked the breakfast area. Good selection overall in a lovely setting!! Staff was so friendly. Also, they have a room off the lobby where you can get complementary water, coffee, tea. This was a nice bonus. Highly recommend overall— would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

Virag at the front desk was particularly helpful when I needed it in an emergency. Very sympathetic, very organized. She was willing to spend time on the pphone for me, which was vital because I don't speak the language.

The hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable ( firm matress). Would come again.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful area, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, the staff are friendly and welcoming, room was super clean, would definitely stay there again if going back to Budapest.
