東横 INN 名古屋駅桜通口新館 (Toyoko Inn Nagoya-eki Sakuradori Shinkan)

朝食は無料でこの内容であれば文句を言うことはできません。十分でした。

The bathroom had a strong smell of mould so we asked to change rooms. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t offer us a new room. They offered to clean the bathroom again by putting some bleach or cleaning products down the drain. It was better that night, but by morning the smell was stronger than ever so we couldn’t stay in the bathroom long enough to shower. The room was clean but small, typical of business hotels. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There is a commentary breakfast with sandwiches and soup. Be early as they run out and don’t replenish the items. Would not stay there again due to the mould problem in the washroom. We informed the staff of the problem again at check out, all we got was an apology, which is no compensation for two days without use of the shower.

The receptionist was very professional and helpful! As I booked a wrong date, she were very helpful to arrange us a proper accommodation. Thank you 🌹🌹

Room was very clean, good breakfast every day and the staff was very nice.

Very clean building and room. Easy to get to from the train station. Good breakfast.

One night stay in Nagoya on our way to Fuji. Breakfast did not have as many options as other Toyoko Inns but it was fine. The staff were wonderful.

Very walkable distance from the Nagoya station. Plenty of small restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was NOT the traditional housewives cooking that i loved Toyoko Inn for. Not even rice balls. Bun bread with assorted fillings were 4/10. Yoghurt was 3/10.

Fairly nice property and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here
