The location of this hotel was amazing. However, the bathroom was entirely too small and the entire place could use an upgrade. The staff was really nice, but the lounge area lacked key essentials like milk for the cereal they had as a breakfast option. Overall I would recommend as a good reasonably priced option to stay in Jackson hole that’s close to all of the restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s within walking distance of everything! The room was very clean, although it’s good to know that the maid Services every other day. Staff was helpful. We booked the priority suite, and it was a really great accommodation that met our needs, and the best part was the huge patio!

Good location, property was ok. Not worth $700. a night but I guess thats mountain prices. The staff was honest, I left a jewerly bag behind and they saved it for me.

Clean rooms in the perfect location.

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff, they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious for a 2 queen room. It would have been nice to have an in room microwave, but there was one available in the lobby. I liked that they had a coffee bar, it would have been nice to have it available at 6 instead of 7. Parking was tight, thank goodness that there was parking across the street.

Housekeeping staff were excellent. A/C is terribly located against bed so one side of bed sleeper is freezing and vents do not move. Having to use back stairs and narrow stairway is inconvenient and back area is cluttered and muddy and dark. Parking is minimal. No breakfast available and no bell service.

The Parkway Inn was an excellent place to stay. The location was perfect to walk to all the town attractions and to drive to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The room was very clean, we had free parking, and we had an air conditioner when it got warm. Highly recommended!

We just got home from our 5 night stay at Parkway Inn and we are already wanting to go back! Everything about this stay was great. The property was clean, the staff was friendly during check in and out. You also can’t beat the location- it was a 3 minute walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and lots of shopping! The room itself was spacious and had a cozy cabin feel! Housekeeping stopped by daily to replenish anything we could need. We will definitely be back! It was great from start to finish and we would highly recommend!
