Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A credit card voucher with signature on file will be kept for any open balances or adjustments during your stay. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter.
