La chambre et l’entrée de l’hôtel était très propre, Le personnel très professionnel et aidant. L’hôtel est très bien situé. L’ascenseur était toujours disponible quand nous en avons eu besoin. Rien de négatif!

We had a wonderful time in our spacious room for our family at Floris! The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us arrange our airport taxi, luggage storage and tourist bus for a very short stay with our kids on our last day in Rome. Fantastic location near the train also. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is one of the best in my life ( and I stopped in more that 150 hotels in my life) !
Location is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly; room and bathroom are comfortable with everything what travelers need and more ( like extra pillows, shower caps, good shampoo and soap). You could walk to most all tourist attractions if you like to walk ( 1-2 miles away) or you could use metro station that is around the corner. Love this place and will keep it on my short list for future trips to Rome.
