最高 If you’re travelling to Urumqi, there’s no better place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are luxurious, the bathrooms are very nice, and the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was very generous, and being greeted by eight different local Xinjiang honeys was a treat.

The room is spacious, quiet and upscale. Location is in the centre of the city, so it is super convenient. Staff were also very friendly. Will book it again next time when I visit Urumqi.

It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status:
1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. The concierge also doubles as porter so there is no one at the concierge desk if he is bringing luggage up to rooms.
2. WiFi is super slow
3. The A/C control in the room does not work. It remains at 26 degrees no matter what you do to the control dial.

Your staff called Happy, who works at Club Floor (27F) was extremely helpful. He has a nice personality and great attitude. He is an important asset for your hotel.
All the best,

Cleanliness of the room is ok but need maintenance. Pools are closed for repair when we stayed. It was a bit pricey because of this. Staffs are friendly.
